Use an output format that supports transparency, such as PNG. JPEG does not support transparent pixels.
- Check the output formats offered by the selected action. Use PNG, or WebP if both the action and destination support it.
- Check that no background color or replacement image is selected.
- Process one image and inspect the downloaded result. A preview may display transparency against a white or black canvas.
- Check later steps. Converting to JPEG or adding a background removes transparency.
