How are credits allocated?

Can I purchase additional credits?
Yes, additional credits can be purchased if you need more than your plan provides. These add-on credits do not expire and can be rolled over to subsequent months if unused.
How do I check my credit balance?
- To check your Credit balance on the Picsart website at picsart.com, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner. Your current credit balance will be displayed there.
- On the Picsart mobile app, access your profile page. Your current credits will be shown, and you can click on ‘Learn more’ next to the balance to view any additional or purchased credits.
What happens if a generation does not complete successfully?
If a generation does not complete successfully, the credits you spent will automatically be returned to your account, ensuring your credit balance is not deducted for unsuccessful attempts.
