Credits let you use Picsart's AI tools. Each generation uses credits, and the credits are taken from your balance.
How do I get credits?
Your Picsart subscription includes credits. The number of credits depends on your plan.
When do my subscription credits arrive?
You get your subscription credits every month. This is also true for yearly plans: a yearly plan gives you credits once a month, not all at once.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes. If you need more credits than your plan includes, you can buy extra credits on the Picsart website. The option to buy credits in the app is not available in all app versions.
What happens to unused credits?
- Subscription credits reset when your credits renew. They do not carry over to the next month.
- Credits that you buy separately can have an expiry date. This depends on the credit pack. Check the pack details before you buy.
Which credits are used first?
Picsart uses the credits that expire first. Usually, these are your subscription credits.
How many credits does a generation use?
It depends on the tool, the model and the settings that you choose. The app or the website shows the cost before you generate.
How do I check my credit balance?
- On the Picsart website: Open your account menu to see your balance. To see your credit usage history, go to Settings.
- In the Picsart app: Your balance shows in the app. Some versions of the app also show your credit history.
If your balance looks wrong, refresh the page or close and open the app again.
What if a generation fails?
If a generation fails, your credits come back to your balance automatically. Most credits return quickly. Sometimes they take up to 24 hours. If your credits did not come back after 24 hours, please contact us. We are happy to check it for you.
If your balance is lower than you expect, read Where did my credits go?
