When you generate images using Picsart's suite of generative AI tools, as between you and Picsart, you own all intellectual property rights in the resulting AI-generated images and you give Picsart the limited licenses outlined in the Generative AI Additional Terms of Use, available here. Please be aware that Picsart can't guarantee you will be able to claim copyright ownership in any of the images you generate.
