Use these checks for your Picsart steps in a Zapier Zap.
- Check that the workflow is enabled and the trigger belongs to the correct source app.
- Check the event, source folder or resource, schedule, and filters. A filter can intentionally stop an item.
- Create a new event in the source app and test the trigger. Use that app’s connection controls if it cannot access the resource.
- Review run history. If the trigger succeeded, inspect the first later step that failed. A trigger failure does not necessarily mean the Picsart connection failed.
If the Picsart step still fails, contact Picsart Support with the action name, time of the run, error message, and a screenshot with private information removed.
