Use these checks for your Picsart steps in a Zapier Zap.
- Inspect the output of the step before Picsart in a recent run.
- Map only fields shown in the chosen action. Match file inputs, links, numbers, and text to the field guidance.
- If a field is empty, fix the source step or choose a sample containing that value.
- After changing an earlier step, refresh its sample and review downstream mappings.
- Map the processed result into your destination, rather than accidentally reusing the original input.
If the Picsart step still fails, contact Picsart Support with the action name, time of the run, error message, and a screenshot with private information removed.
