- Use filters to process only new or changed files that need editing.
- Choose dimensions and compression suitable for the destination. Keep an original copy.
- Map the result into the next required step and avoid repeated transfers of unchanged files.
- Use a link only when the receiving field accepts it and the app can access it. Links do not eliminate the receiving service’s download or processing requirements.
- Review a test run for duplicate processing, unexpected transfers, and missing outputs.
