Where do I find the AI Ad Generator?
Open Marketing Studio on the Picsart website. The old AI Ad Generator page is no longer available.
How do I get the best results?
- Use clean product photos. Photos with a lot of text on the packaging can make it harder for AI to add your ad text.
- Be specific. Describe your brand and the look you want, for example "cinematic lighting", "top-down view" or "flat lay".
- Choose the format first. Select the size or ratio of your ad before you generate.
What if a generation fails?
Check your internet connection and try again. If you use credits and a generation fails, your credits are returned automatically. Most credits return right away. Sometimes they take up to 24 hours.
