How to understand user-friendly error messages in AI Playground

Updated

Sometimes AI Playground cannot create your image, video or audio. When this happens, AI Playground shows a message that tells you what went wrong. This article explains the most common messages and what to do.

Your prompt or result was blocked

This is the most common message. The AI model did not accept your prompt or the result, for example because of safety rules or copyright rules. The wording of the message depends on the model.

  • Change the words in your prompt and try again.
  • Select Regenerate to try again with your prompt and settings already filled in.
  • Try a different model.

You do not have enough credits

Each generation uses credits. If your balance is too low, AI Playground stops before it starts the generation.

  • Buy more credits, or upgrade your plan.
  • Choose settings that use fewer credits.

The generation failed or took too long

Sometimes a generation fails because of a temporary problem. AI Playground then asks you to try again.

  • Wait a moment and try again.
  • Check your internet connection.

Do I get my credits back when a generation fails?

Yes. If a generation fails, your credits are returned automatically. Most credits return right away. Sometimes they take up to 24 hours.

Credits are not returned when you cancel a generation yourself, or when a generation works but you do not like the result.
