BetterHelp × PicsArt Challenge Terms & Conditions
The BetterHelp Design Challenge (“Promotion”) is sponsored by BetterHelp, Inc. (“BetterHelp”), with prizes provided by BetterHelp, Inc. and PicsArt, Inc. (“PicsArt”). By participating, you agree to these Official Rules.
Promotion Period: October 10, 2025 at 4:00 AM PST – October 20, 2025 at 4:00 AM PST.
Entry Deadline: October 17, 2025 at 3:59 AM PST.
How to Enter: Log into the PicsArt App, navigate to “Challenges,” select “BetterHelp Challenge,” and follow the instructions to create and submit a design (“Design”). Limit three (3) entries per PicsArt account.
Design Guidelines: Designs may include personal/pet photos but cannot include other brands, logos, celebrities, or artists, or alter the BetterHelp logo. Content must not be offensive, defamatory, hateful, violent, political, illegal, misleading, or infringe on third-party rights. PicsArt may disqualify entries at its discretion without notice or compensation.
Prizes: Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) month free of BetterHelp and PicsArt Pro. The prize is available only to new BetterHelp users aged 18+. All eligible participants will also receive a code for 20% off three (3) months of BetterHelp. Codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, may not be combined with other offers, and may be revoked in case of misuse.

Winner Selection: Voting runs October 17, 2025 at 4:00 AM PST – October 20, 2025 at 4:00 AM PST. Each PicsArt user may vote once per Design. Automated/multi-account voting is prohibited. The ten Designs with the most valid votes win; ties go to the earlier submission. Winners will be notified by email within 10 business days.
Liability: PicsArt is not responsible for lost, late, or technical errors of any kind. By entering, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless PicsArt, BetterHelp, and their affiliates from claims arising from participation, prize use, or IP infringement.
Publicity: By entering, you grant PicsArt a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display your Design and PicsArt username for promotional purposes without compensation.
Privacy: Personal data will be handled per PicsArt’s Privacy Policy (https://picsart.com/privacy-policy/). Data may be shared with BetterHelp solely for prize fulfillment and subject to BetterHelp’s Privacy Policy.
Winner’s List: For a list of winners, email partnerships@picsart.com with subject “BetterHelp Challenge Winner” within four (4) weeks of Promotion end.
Governing Law & Disputes: Governed by Delaware law. Disputes will be resolved individually by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware under AAA rules.
Entire Agreement: These Rules are the complete agreement between you, PicsArt, and BetterHelp regarding the Promotion.
