The AI Video Editor changes your video based on a text description. You describe the change, for example a new style or look, and AI edits the video for you. You can use the AI Video Editor on the Picsart website and in the Picsart app.
How do I edit a video with AI?
- Open the AI Video Editor. Open it on the Picsart website or in the Picsart app.
- Upload your video. Add the video you want to change.
- Describe the change. Type what you want in the prompt field. For example: "Give the video a 1970s film look."
- Generate. Start the generation and wait for your result.
- Review the result. If you want a different result, change your prompt and generate again.
The steps can be slightly different in some app versions.
How do I get the best results?
- Be specific. Describe exactly what you want, for example "increase the color saturation and add a warm light."
- Describe the light. Say where the light comes from, so new elements match your video.
- Keep videos short. If the result looks wrong, try a shorter part of your video.
Does the AI Video Editor use credits?
Yes. Each generation uses credits. The number of credits depends on the AI model and the settings. To learn more, read What are credits and how do they work?
What if something goes wrong?
- Network error or slow loading: Check your internet connection. On the website, clear your browser cache and try again.
- Not enough credits: Buy more credits or upgrade your plan.
- The file does not upload: Try a different video file in a common format.
