Elastic.io connects applications through a flow of triggers and actions. A simple Picsart flow can read an image from OneDrive, process it and pass the result to a destination step.
Build the flow
- Sign in to your Elastic.io workspace. You need access to the source service and the Picsart account used by the connector.
- Open Integrate → Flows and choose Add new flow.
- In the graph builder, add the initial trigger or data-source connector. Configure its fields and authentication.
- Add the Picsart connector, choose an available action, connect the intended account and map the source image to the expected field.
- Complete the action-specific settings and add a destination connector if you need to save the processed image.
- For a scheduled flow, open Graph Builder → Settings and enter the intended CRON expression. Check the schedule and timezone shown by your workspace.
Test each connector
Use the Sample feature to process a sample record at each step. For the OneDrive example, request samples from both OneDrive and Picsart. Verify the processed image and the destination output; a successful connection alone does not prove the mapping works.
Publish, start and maintain the flow
- Name the flow clearly.
- After the sample test succeeds, select Publish draft, then Start flow.
- Review the first execution and confirm the schedule behaves as intended.
- Stop the flow when necessary. Use Edit flow to make changes, then retest before restarting.
If a step fails
Check the connector’s credentials, required fields, mapped image, output mapping and available credits. If a URL is used, it must be reachable by the service. Keep originals and processed outputs separately. Share the connector/action, execution time and redacted error with support.
