This article helps you find your way around the Picsart app: the tabs at the bottom of the screen, how to start a new project, and where to find your projects and files.
The tabs you see can be different in some app versions and regions.
What are the tabs at the bottom of the app?
Depending on your app version, you see tabs such as:
- Home: See creations and edits from other creators.
- Discover: Find templates, creators and trending hashtags.
- Create (+): Start a new project.
- Apps: Find Picsart tools and AI apps in one place.
- Drive: Find your projects and files.
- Profile: See your profile, your posts and your settings.
To learn more about Home and Discover, read How to navigate the home page and discover section on Picsart.
How do I start a new project?
- Tap Create. Tap the plus (+) button.
- Choose what to create. Choose a tool or a template, or select a photo or video from your device.
- Start editing. Your project opens in the editor.
Where are my projects?
Your projects are in Drive. Open the Drive tab and filter by projects. You can also find recent projects in the Create area under My Projects.
Where are my files?
Your files are in Picsart Drive, also called My Files. Open the Drive tab to see them. In Drive, you can also see files that other people shared with you, and your posts.
Your Drive is the same in the app and on the website, as long as you use the same Picsart account.
Where are my settings?
Go to your profile and open Settings. To learn more, read Navigating your profile.
