Fix a workflow that does not start in Make

Updated

Use these checks for Picsart modules in a Make scenario.

  1. Check that the workflow is enabled and the trigger belongs to the correct source app.
  2. Check the event, source folder or resource, schedule, and filters. A filter can intentionally stop an item.
  3. Create a new event in the source app and test the trigger. Use that app’s connection controls if it cannot access the resource.
  4. Review run history. If the trigger succeeded, inspect the first later step that failed. A trigger failure does not necessarily mean the Picsart connection failed.

If the Picsart step still fails, contact Picsart Support with the action name, time of the run, error message, and a screenshot with private information removed.
