Use these checks for Picsart modules in a Make scenario.
- Open the failed run and find the first step that failed. Later steps may not have received data.
- Test the trigger with a recent sample from the source app. Check that the workflow is enabled and its schedule is correct.
- Open the Picsart step. Check the selected connection, action, required inputs, and actual values received from the previous step.
- Read the error message and correct the reported problem. For a connection error, reconnect the intended account through the integration’s connection controls.
- Test one image and check that the next step saves the edited result. Check existing outputs before retrying a live run.
If the Picsart step still fails, contact Picsart Support with the action name, time of the run, error message, and a screenshot with private information removed.
