Use these checks for Picsart modules in a Make scenario.
- Connection or authorization error: check the selected account and reconnect through the integration’s connection controls.
- Invalid or missing input: inspect the actual value received. Use the format, dimensions, and file type requested by the action.
- File too large: reduce a copy to the action’s requirements. A hosted file link does not bypass processing limits.
- Usage or credit error: check your Picsart balance and the automation platform’s own allowance.
- Too many requests or temporary service error: reduce simultaneous processing and follow the error’s retry guidance. Check for an existing output before retrying.
Plans and credits
Use your standard Picsart account and Pro or Ultra plan. Compare monthly and yearly subscriptions at Picsart pricing. You can also purchase credits separately from your subscription. Make or Zapier usage charges are separate from Picsart charges.
If the Picsart step still fails, contact Picsart Support with the action name, time of the run, error message, and a screenshot with private information removed.
