How do I report copyright infringement?

Picsart responds to takedown notices in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, or DMCA. If you believe that a Picsart user has violated your copyright, you can submit a takedown notice on our app or website.

  Mobile Web

To report via the Picsart app:

1. Open the image you want to report.
2. Tap the  in the top right corner. 
3. Choose Report Image.
4. Select It violates intellectual property rights.
5. Choose My intellectual property or Someone else's intellectual property.
6. Fill out the form.

To report via the Picsart website:

1. Click on the image you want to report.
2. Hover overbelow the image, to the right. 
3. Click Report.

4. Under It violates intellectual property rights, choose My Intellectual Property or Someone Else's Intellectual Property.

5. Fill out the form.

Once we receive the completed report, we will review it and take appropriate action.
