Keeping Picsart safe for our users is a top priority. Our Community Guidelines describe the type of behavior and content that’s prohibited on Picsart, and our team thoroughly investigates all reports of violations. We remove content that violates our Community Guidelines and restrict or ban accounts with severe or repeated violations.
To report a user acting in an inappropriate or offensive manner in the Picsart app:
- Go to the user’s profile.
- Tap
in the top right corner.
- Tap Report User.
- Select the reason for reporting.
By blocking another user they will be unable to find your account, comment on your posts, and see your content.
To block another user:
- Go to the user’s profile.
- Tap
- Select Block User.
To unblock a user:
- Go to the user’s profile by using the search bar.
- Tap
- Tap Unblock User.
