What makes a good photo for AI tools?
- High resolution: Use the original, full-size photo. Small or compressed photos give less detail.
- Good light: Use photos with natural light or bright indoor light. Avoid strong shadows and dark places.
- Clear focus: Make sure that the subject is sharp.
- Simple background: A clean background helps tools such as Remove Background find the subject.
- Supported format: Use JPG or PNG files.
Some AI tools and models have their own size limits. If a photo is too small, the tool tells you.
Tips for the mobile app
- Take photos with your phone camera at the highest quality, then open them in Picsart.
