When you subscribe to Picsart via the app:
- Your payment is processed through your device’s app store account (Google Store, App Store, Microsoft Store). Your receipt will be sent to the email address you used to subscribe to Picsart.
- If you did not receive an email, check your spam folder or follow these instructions to locate your receipt:
- All subscription management must be done within your device’s app store, not within your Picsart account.
When you subscribe to Picsart via picsart.com:
- You’ll need to enter in your credit/debit card information, or choose PayPal. Your receipt will be sent to the email address you used to subscribe to Picsart.
- If you did not receive an email, check your spam folder or follow these instructions to locate your receipt:
- Click on your profile picture
- Select “Settings”
- Choose “Billing & Subscriptions”
- All subscription management must be done within your Picsart account by signing into picsart.com and navigating to your settings.
