What is the Picsart x Magenta Moments offer?
Picsart has partnered with Deutsche Telekom’s Magenta Moments to provide eligible users with a 12-month free trial of Picsart Pro. This initiative helps give European users full access to Pro features without requiring a credit card.
How is this offer structured?
This offer is a reverse trial, meaning:
- No payment method is required
- The trial does not automatically renew
- Users can enjoy all Picsart Pro features for 12 months
- After the trial ends, there is no charge unless the user chooses to subscribe
Who can claim this offer?
Only new or free Picsart users located in eligible regions can redeem this offer.
Eligible regions include:
- Austria
- Czech Republic
- Greece
- Hungary
- Croatia
- Montenegro
- North Macedonia
- Poland
- Slovakia
Additional regions may be added in the future.
Can I redeem this offer if I previously had a Picsart Pro trial?
Yes—as long as you do not currently have an active subscription or active trial, you may redeem this offer.
Who cannot redeem this offer?
The following users are not eligible:
- Current Picsart Plus, Pro, or AdMaker subscribers
- Users who are currently in a Picsart trial
- Users outside the eligible regions
Can I redeem the offer if I'm already in a Picsart trial?
No. You must wait for your current trial to end before redeeming.
Exception: Deutsche Telekom T Phone customers may redeem this offer even if they are in an active trial, extending their trial up to a total of 12 months.
How do I activate the 12-month free trial?
- Visit the Magenta Moments app to find the Picsart Pro offer.
- Click the “Activate” button and claim your unique coupon code.
- Click “Redeem my coupon”, and you’ll be redirected to the activation page.
- Enter the unique coupon code at the top of the page, then click “Redeem offer.”
- Log in to your Picsart account or create one if needed.
- Enjoy all the benefits of your free 1-year Picsart Pro subscription!
Please make sure to enter your promo code only through the Picsart activation page accessed via the Magenta Moments app.
If you use the promo code on the Picsart mobile app or directly on the sign-up page at Picsart.com, you’ll be asked to enter your credit card details and may be charged once the trial ends.
To ensure a payment-free experience, be sure to sign up through the dedicated offer page provided in your Magenta Moments app.
Does the subscription auto-renew?
No. The 12-month trial ends automatically. Users will not be charged unless they actively choose to subscribe afterward.
