A Picsart account lets you save your work, use your subscription on more than one device and join the Picsart community. Creating an account is free. You can create an account in the Picsart app, on the website or in the Windows app.
How do I create an account in the mobile app?
- Install the app. Download the Picsart app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Open the app. Open Picsart and choose to sign up.
- Choose how to sign up. Sign up with your email address, or with a social account such as Google. The options depend on your device and your region.
- Finish your account. Follow the steps on the screen to choose a username and a password.
After you sign up, the app may ask you to verify your email address. Open the email from Picsart and follow the instructions.
How do I create an account on the website?
- Open the website. Go to picsart.com.
- Select Sign Up. Click Sign Up in the top right corner.
- Enter your details. Enter your details, or sign up with one of the available sign-in options.
- Choose a username. Choose a unique username to finish your account.
How do I create an account in the Windows app?
- Install the app. Download Picsart from the Microsoft Store and open it.
- Select Create Account. Click Create Account on the welcome screen.
- Enter your details. Enter a valid email address and a secure password. Accept the terms to finish.
What if I cannot create or access my account?
- Check your internet connection.
- Check your email address for errors. Each Picsart account needs its own email address.
- If you forgot your password, use the Forgot Password link.
- Update the app to the latest version.
- On mobile, reinstall the app if the sign-up screen keeps loading.
- On the website, turn off ad blockers or browser extensions, or try a private window.
- In the Windows app, make sure your Microsoft Store account is active and check your firewall settings.
If you did not get the verification email, check your spam or junk folder. You can also ask for a new verification email.
