You may come across “network error”, “no connection”, “bad request” or other error messages while using PicsArt. Check the Help Center to see if there’s a server downtime underway.
If there’s no scheduled downtime, other possible reasons could be:
- Bad internet connection. If your mobile network connection is poor, try connecting to a secure Wi-Fi network.
- Some internet providers might inadvertently block access to PicsArt. Contact your internet provider to make sure PicsArt is accessible.
If none of the above is true, please submit a support request and provide the exact location and local time when the issue occurred, and any screenshots or information you think could be helpful.
