Received a “Purchase Error” message

There are a few reasons why you might see “Purchase Error” when attempting to subscribe to Picsart. 

  • Your card information is incorrect  
  • Your billing address information is incorrect 
  • Your account has insufficient funds, or your card has blocked the transaction 
  • If you’re on iOS, your Apple ID may be associated with too many cards
