Possible reasons the app is crashing or freezing are:
- Not enough RAM on the device.
- The app cache is full.
- Not enough storage space in the device.
- Outdated device OS or Picsart version.
- Weak internet connection.
- Unsupported device model.
Please note that performing some or all of the actions below may result in the loss of temporary data, such as unsaved projects and drafts.
To fix the issue:
- Uninstall the app.
- Turn off your phone for a couple of minutes.
- Turn it back on.
- Download the app again.
To fix the issue:
- Press and hold on
for a few seconds.
- Tap on App info.
- Tap on Clear cache and Clear data.
- Restart your device.
Or
- Open Settings on your device.
- Tap on Apps or App Manager (depending on your device) and select Manage Apps.
- Find and tap on Picsart
.
- Tap on Clear Cache and Clear Data.
- Restart your device.
To fix the issue:
- Select Start in the bottom left corner or hit the Windows key on your keyboard.
- Type in “Add or Remove Programs” in the search bar and click it.
- From the list of programs find and click on Picsart then click Uninstall.
- Select Start in the bottom left corner or hit the Windows key on your keyboard.
- Type in “Storage Settings” and click it
- Click Temporary Files and then the Remove files button.
- Turn off your computer for a few minutes, then turn it back on.
- Reinstall Picsart.
