I was accepted to the VIP Program, and I already have a subscription to PicsArt Gold. Can I get a refund?

If you subscribed to PicsArt Gold on mobile, we are unable to provide a refund as that process is managed by the Apple Store and Google Play Store. Instead, we can send you PicsArt Gold credit (similar to a store voucher) for the time between becoming a VIP and the end of your billing cycle.

Please keep in mind that you’ll need to cancel your current PicsArt Gold subscription in order for your free subscription to go into effect. Your current subscription will last until the end of your billing cycle, and then you’ll get PicsArt Gold for free for as long as you’re an active PicsArt VIP.
