You may need to restore your purchase of Picsart if you reset your device to factory settings, got a new device, or recently uninstalled and reinstalled Picsart.
- Sign in with your Apple ID that was associated with your Picsart account
- Open Picsart
- Sign into your Picsart account
- Click on the in the bottom right corner of your navigation bar
- Select the in the top right corner and select “Settings”
- Scroll down to “Content” and click on “Restore Purchases”
- You’ll see a pop up appear, select “OK”
Reinstallation
- Uninstall the Picsart app
- Open the Google Play Store
- Sign in with the Google account that was associated with your Picsart account
- Reinstall the Picsart app
This process won’t work if you try to use a different Google account than the one associated with your Picsart account.
To log out of all Google accounts
- Log out of Picsart and force close the app
- Sign out of all of your Google accounts via the Google Play Store
- Sign in with the Google account that was associated with your Picsart account
- Force close the Google Play Store
- Sign into Picsart
- Sign into the Microsoft Store with the ID that was associated with your Picsart account
- Reinstall Picsart
