Restoring your subscription

You may need to restore your purchase of Picsart if you reset your device to factory settings, got a new device, or recently uninstalled and reinstalled Picsart.

  • Sign in with your Apple ID that was associated with your Picsart account 
  • Open Picsart 
  • Sign into your Picsart account 
  • Click on the  in the bottom right corner of your navigation bar 
  • Select the  in the top right corner and select “Settings”
  • Scroll down to “Content” and click on “Restore Purchases”
  • You’ll see a pop up appear, select “OK”
