If you purchased through our Website and cannot access the premium features, choose the platform as Website and Submit a request along with the purchase receipt. Please make sure to include the following information:
- Select Website in the Platform field.
- Send us the purchase receipt with the Profile ID and the Transaction ID of the purchase.
To restore purchases on your Android device:
- Sign in to the Google Play account you used to purchase your subscription
- Force kill the app and relaunch again.
To restore purchases on your iOS device:
- Sign in to the iTunes account you used to purchase your subscription.
- Open your PicsArt profile.
- Tap on the icon with three dots at the top right corner.
- Go to your settings.
- Tap on “Restore Purchases.”
Note: Purchasing a subscription on one platform (iOS, Android, Microsoft) doesn’t apply to another since it’s linked to the store and not your PicsArt account.
